Research Interests:
Dr Xu's research interests include remote sensing image analysis/spatial analysis and their applications in urban studies. He has more than 12 years’ experience to conduct GIS and remote sensing projects, including the usage of GIS and remote sensing software. He has developed several new tools in processing satellite data, and parts of the works have been published in professional journals of remote sensing.
