Session Abstract
Nature has been cycled through billions of years in a circular manner, creating a stark contrast with our economy, which has been moving forward in a linear manner, especially after the Industrial Revolution. Bio-architecture Formosana’s two recent projects: Tai Sugar Circular Village and Shalun Circular City will attempt to address the trending topic of circular economy through the perspective of sustainable architecture and the possibility of the architecture under the Circular Future.
