My home Villa Athena, Ma On Shan, NT, Hong Kong House price in Hong Kong is one of the highest in the world. Prices range from US$20,000 to 30,000 per square meter for an average estate in Ma On Shan. Because of the high land prices, we live in high towers and the unit sizes are relatively small (around 100 sq.m.). Villa Athena is located at the edge of a Green Belt (pict below) in Ma On Shan (a new town of 600,000 people). It faces the sea - hence excellent view out. The estate has 10 no. of 30-storey high towers. Facilities include swimming pool, basketball court, clubhouse and car parking. Villa Athena is fronting the sea and have the most magnificent view to the mountains on the other side.
